The plant is located at Cadalur ( IN) and produces surgical / food grade gelatin .
Due to power shortage, the management decided to procure Wartsila 9 L 20 generator from Indo Spinners and relocate the same to Cadalur plant with all require changes to operate at new facility.
The plant already had 4 Numbers of Cummins generators and 4 MVA grid power at 11 KV.
Major works related to the synchronization scheme are pointed below:
Generator governor was re set / re validated for the multiple type synchronization.
AVR regulation band was re set for higher band.
All additional wiring and protection for different BUS VT and voltage detections were carried out site.
Sync system was performed by DIEF FAS DG 115 Units.
