A cement plant with Captive power plant company located at Riyadh Saudi Arabia is generating 34 Mwe of power @ 11 KV / 60 HZ . In 2011, management of the cement plant has decided to terminate the operation contract with the OEM and start the own operation team.

GPCE was contracted to identify, source, negotiate and appoint operation team on behalf of the plant and take the supervisory control till the cement plant management assured of safe/ reliable operation. The complete turnaround of Operation was achieved by 45 days and since then the plant is under operation and support of GPCE.
